GRANTS PROGRAMME FOR IMPROVING ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES IN MOLDOVA USAID, through the Republic of Moldova Energy Security Project (MESA), invites equipment suppliers to participate in the Grant Program for Enhancing Energy Efficiency of Small and Medium Enterprises in Moldova.
The Grant Programme for Enhancing Energy Efficiency of SMEs in Moldova is dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises that want to make their energy consumption more efficient and reduce the cost of energy in their monthly bills by replacing or installing more energy-efficient equipment or machinery.

Link to download the Request for Expression of Interest Shortlisted suppliers will be included in a shortlist to work with SMEs selected in Phase 2.
Grant offeredThe grant offered by MESA will cover up to 50% of the total cost of the project (USAID's share will be exempt from VAT), not exceeding USD 30,000. The grant can only be used for the purchase of equipment. Materials and installation costs cannot be covered by the grant and must be covered by the beneficiary SME.
